燃煤(méi)導生鍋爐為組裝式強製循環液相鍋爐。本係列鍋爐應用於供熱溫度390℃化工企業,針對導生(聯苯-聯苯醚)的特點,按照低(dī)點排淨(jìng)、高點放空進行設(shè)計,受熱麵充足,由輻射受熱的密排方形(xíng)盤管和錯列(liè)設計(jì)的對流蛇管組成。導生鍋爐尾部布置餘熱蒸汽鍋爐和空氣預熱器,可(kě)降(jiàng)低排煙溫度,提高係統效率。
為提高鍋爐的an全性,材料選用耐熱合金剛管材,對接采用100%射線探傷,角(jiǎo)焊采用100%表麵探傷。
采用水冷(lěng)前後(hòu)拱,降低停電後爐牆蓄熱,保護前後拱的使用壽命。
采用PLC控製技術和變頻(pín)器調節,使出口導(dǎo)生溫度控製在設定溫度±1℃範圍內
